Asa is a total luv bug! Asa recently came back to our rescue program when the home situation changed for her adopter. Asa is a black and white purr machine with pretty yellow eyes! She always wants to be with her human friends. She likes being held, or she also likes to sit beside you and keep you company. She about sprains her purr-box when you brush her. Asa has a very expressive face, and a big smile for anyone paying attention to her.

Asa came into the program very overweight. As a result of a good diet with some exercise, she is much more trim, energetic and active. She does like her food, and her new family should be prepared to keep her on a healthy diet, as well as encourage her to play and exercise, to help her get to and stay at a healthy weight.

Asa has liked all the people she meets and doesn't seem shy at all. Asa has been fostered with adult dogs, cats and kittens. She is neutral with the dog. With the other cats, Asa can be bossy. Asa would be fine as an only cat, but she could adapt to a non-assertive feline sibling or siblings as well. She will clash with another dominant cat. She has good house manners, and consistently uses the litter box. DOB-2005

This is Lovely - she's buff, with slight mackerel markings. She is a very special little girl. As a baby she contracted an upper respiratory infection that settled in her eyes. She's now healthy but her eyesight will never be perfect. However she sees well enough to have a normal life. She currently runs around the house and jumps up on and off the furniture. She plays and wrestles with the other kittens who are in her foster home. She lives a happy, fun-filled existence.

She is very happy around other cats and is curious about dogs. She likes to keep busy and has been known to play until she falls asleep. She seeks attention when she wants it and likes to be near you (as opposed to "on" you). She is oh so VERY sweet, affectionate, and lots of fun. Lovely will bring a lot of joy and many blessings to the person or family who adopts her. If you are interested in adopting Lovely, please fill out our on-line application and submit it for approval.
